How do I assign a new extension to an existing user?

In Hipcall, you can have multiple extension numbers that callers can use to reach you directly.

How to Add a New Extension to an Existing User in Hipcall

  • Go to the Extensions section under the Phone System heading in Settings.

  • Click the New button in the top-right corner.

  • On the opened page, select the user you want to assign a new extension to from the User field.

  • In the Default Extension Number field, define the new extension and save.
    Example: Melek Karakaya → extensions 5000, 5001
