How to Delete Companies in Bulk

Log in to Hipcall and set up the company list you want to delete from the Directory > Companies page.

You can create a company list using the filter section. For example, if you only want to delete companies created today, set the filter to "Creation Time: Today" to delete only those companies.

If you want to delete all companies, you can perform a bulk delete without applying any filters.

Please note that the delete action cannot be undone.

Once your company list is prepared, click the "Bulk Actions > Delete All" button located at the bottom-left of the page.
- In the warning screen that appears ("Are you sure you want to delete all records?"), click the "OK" button.
- Finally, review the total number of records to be deleted and the selected filter, then click the "Delete Records" button.
- You will receive an email once the deletion process is complete.
Note: Deleting companies will not remove the contacts associated with them. If you also want to delete contacts, you can refer to our article on how to delete contacts in bulk.
