How can I add a new support ticket tag?

You can create and use support ticket group tags in Hipcall.

Add a new support ticket tag

  • Go to Tags from "Settings > Support tickets".

  • Click the "New" button on the right side of the page.

  • Enter a name and description for your support ticket tag.
  • Choose a color for the tag and click "Save".
