How to Access Your SIP Information in Hipcall
Hipcall uses the SIP standard for IP phones and software applications. To set up these devices, you’ll need your SIP credentials. Here's how to access them:
- Click on “Profile” and go to the left-hand menu. Open the “Device Settings” page.
- On the page that opens, you can view your Hostname and SIP Username.
Hipcall stores your password securely, so it is not shown in plain text.
To generate a new SIP password, click the “Regenerate” button at the bottom of the page.
- After registering your SIP credentials with an IP phone or software, you can verify the connection status under the “Registered Devices and Software” section.
