How to Configure Phone Settings in Hipcall

You can set your default country code from the phone settings section. With the selected default country code, you can save phone numbers directly without having to choose the country code each time.

How to Configure Phone Settings in Hipcall

To configure your phone settings:

  • Click on “Profile” and go to the left-hand menu, then open the “Phone Settings” page.

  • In the “Default Country Prefix” section, select your country code and click “Save”.

  • You do not need to add prefixes for all countries to the system. It is recommended to add only the countries you work with.
