How to Activate Voicemail in Hipcall
To activate the voicemail feature:
- Click on your avatar in the top-right corner and go to Profile.
- From the left-hand menu, click on “Voicemail Settings”.
- Click “Update”.
- In the Active section, select “Yes”.
The system includes a default audio file. If you want to customize it, click “Choose File” to upload a new audio file. - In the Action section, select either “Email” or “Task”, then click “Save”.
